This statement explains the basic information Iberia Parish Search may receive when people use business submission and advertising inquiry features.
Information You Submit
Forms may collect business name, contact name, email address, phone number, business address, website or social link, category, business description, requested advertising package, and message content.
How Information Is Used
Submitted information may be used to review or update listings, respond to inquiries, administer advertising requests, prevent abuse, communicate about a submission, and operate the Iberia Parish Search service.
Public Listing Information
Business information intended for a directory listing—such as business name, public address, public phone number, category, and website—may be displayed publicly after review. Personal contact details not intended for publication should not be displayed as listing information without authorization.
Advertiser Portal and Billing Management
The advertiser portal may retain a Stripe Checkout Session identifier in the advertiser's browser so that the same device can display plan and listing status and open Stripe's hosted customer billing portal. Billing changes are processed by Stripe. Profile-change requests submitted through Iberia Parish Search may be routed through Netlify Forms for review.
Payments and Advertiser Profiles
Stripe processes advertising subscription payments. Iberia Parish Search does not receive or store complete payment card numbers. Business profile information submitted after checkout may be stored as Stripe subscription metadata to operate paid listing placement, review status, and account administration. Payment and subscription status may be used to automatically determine whether a paid listing is eligible to appear publicly.
Hosting and Third Parties
The app may use hosting, form processing, maps, web search, radio streaming, analytics, payment, or other third-party services. Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies.

Security
Reasonable measures should be used to protect submitted information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
